Description

DEA Clauses Specifications Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation number D-16-Q-0174 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument.. Please see the attached documents for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the responsible offeror based on Lowest Price. Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 26, 2016 at 12:00pm EST. The deadline for quotes is September 28, 2016 at 12:00pm EST. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to Tara.Laumand@usdoj.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
