Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center 420 North James Road Columbus, OH 43219-1834 092116 Response to question of site visit 092016 1.Can manufacturer's recommendation for cleaning the exterior of building be provided? (Yes I will provide the specification for the exterior materials) 2.Where on building should power wash occur? (Any vertical surface that are not blocked by construction fences) 3.Is it okay to drive a lift onto the grass to get near the build to power wash facility? (yes) 4.What work hours is the exterior cleaning of the facility to be performed? (After hours and weekends) 5.What are the parameters that are not to have exterior cleaning performed? (Where construction fences presented) 6.Is the ceiling to be cleaned? (No) 7.Should cleaning of green glass have exterior cleaning up to the fence? (Yes) 8.Are there anchors at top of facility for maneuverability? (Yes, there are tie down anchors on every roof) 9.Are construction areas to be cleaned? (No) 10.Is the brick area to be cleaned? (They are lime stones not brick and yes they need to be cleaned) 11.Is the water provided by the VA? (Yes) 12.Special cleaning needed to atrium windows such as tar? (To be determined by vendor) 13.What products are appropriate for cleaning the medal siding? (I will provide the specification for metal panels) - see attachments 08 80 00 Submittal 131 - Glazing Product Data Reviewed CBLH VA and 07 40 00 Submittal 148 Insulated Metal Panel Product Data Reviewed CBL 14.Can the closing date of the solicitation be changed? Yes, September 26, 2016 at noon.
