Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, G.V. Sonny Montgomery 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Jackson, MS 39216 has a requirement for Medical Cylinder Gas. The NAICS code is 325120 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued under number VA256-16-Q-1535. There is a 100% Small Business set-aside requirement for this procurement. The Government's intent is to make a firm-fixed price contract to the responsive and responsible Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offeror. All interested bidders shall submit quotations electronically by email to lakeisha.white@va.gov Telephone replies will not be honored. Bidders should supply a point of contact, company address, phone, fax and email address and must be registered in the SAMS database (www.SAMS.gov) with no debarments or suspension (EPLS) to be considered responsive.
