- 1. This is a Sources Sought, in accordance with FAR 10, is to conduct Marker Research on industry's capabilities of providing Mirth Software License and Maintenance. 2. The Government is seeking to acquire Mirth Software License and Maintenance Support. This requirement is a for software upgrades and technical assistance at the Tri-Service Defense Medical (DefMed) facilities currently using Mirth software licenses. Mirth is deployed on hardware platforms in the Health Artifact and Image Management Solutions (HAIMS), Theatre Medical Data Store (TMDS), Medical Situational Awareness in the Theater (MSAT)and the Defense and Veterans Eye Injury and Vision Registry (DVEIVR). 3. The NAICS Code for this action is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services 4. This is a Sources Sought only and all interested and authorized resellers are encouraged to respond. It is not a Request For Quote. It is issued solely for planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not offers or quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Should your firm desire to submit a quote during the solicitation phase of acquisition process, it should be able to demonstrate that the offeror is an authorized reseller of the Mirth Software License and Maintenance support. 5. The closing time and date for this Sources Sought is 1330 (1:30 pm) Central Time on 26 September 2016.
