Description

This amendment has 3 purposes: 1. This amendment will correct a previous answer to an earlier question posed by potential offerors as follows: The previous question was: What is the Gas Vendor's responsibilities in relation to the contractor providing the Pad, Piping, and shut off valves (highly recommend a "courtesy Emergency Oxygen Supply Connection": on the pad, in addition to the Hospital's designated EOSC (makes life easier)? The Previous answer was: Pad, piping and shut-off valve by GC. Contractor to install tank, connect to supply point. THE CORRECTED ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION IS AS FOLLOWS: There was a subsequent adjustment that left the piping (and shut-off valve) to the installing contractor to allow them the most flexibility with their fittings. KT is providing the Pad and building stub-out. The installing contractor will be required to pipe everything up to the building connection. Therefore, vendors, please include these costs in your quotes. 2. This amendment will answer/clarify the volume of gas estimated usage. The average monthly usage is 241,900.00 scf SCF = Standard Cubic Feet 3. This amendment marks the end of the question and answer period for this solicitation. Questions will no longer be accepted.
