- IGF::CT::IGF Critical Functions ICE - AQD SUPPORT SERVICES BRIDGE Contract The contractor shall provide a range of support services from professional procurement and contracting support to simplified and complex acquisitions. Support services include (depending on the labor categories): 1.Research and Analysis of Data, 2.Database Input, 3.Contract and Acquisition Support, 4.Invoicing Support, and 5.Finance. The proposed personnel shall be highly qualified and have significant and demonstrated experience working with projects/contracts and DOI's Financial Business and Management System (FBMS). Proposed personnel also shall have a comprehensive knowledge of the federal Acquisition and Assistance process as appropriate to provide efficient and cost effective support services. Services shall be performed in support of the Acquisition Services Directorate and its various Civilian and Defense customer requirements as necessary within the scope of this statement of work. In accordance with FAR Part 7.5, Inherently Governmental Functions, the resulting contract shall not be used for the performance of inherently governmental functions such as signing contracts, approving invoices, establishing Government negotiation positions, making decisions, or making approvals. All work performed shall be in conformance with Government regulations and policies including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable supplements. Additional positions may be requested based on workload for temporary or long term needs through modifications to this contract. Additionally, Positions may be discontinued or modified based on changes in workload and project activities. The Government is not required to provide advance notice when discontinuing positions in response to the aforementioned changes in workload and project activities. Work will be performed primarily at the Herndon, Virginia; Washington, D.C.; Denver, Colorado; Sierra Vista Arizona; and Boise, Idaho, but travel to other locations or to customer sites for site visits may be required. The contractor employees will interact with other AQD locations will be expected to provide support to these locations as required and as in scope of this requirement. While the Government IGE below does not include Alaska as a primary work site, support may be required at this site as determined by the Government.
