Description

This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price bridge contract on a sole source basis to Intelligent Touch Dental Corp, 1830 Wooddale Dr. STE 800 Woodbury, MN 55125. The authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. 1901 and is implemented by restricting competition on this procurement via FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud MN intends to procure Dental prosthodontics for the Minneapolis MN VA Health Care System on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures for a period of 10/1/2016 - 3/31/2017. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals.
