- iWatch Training Site Visitor Sheet CLIN Price Summary Sheet WAGE GENERAL DECISION DRAWINGS PWS_PRS Solicitation The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Dugway Proving Ground is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB), to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for Modifications to Labs 53 and 55, Bldg. 4156, Dugway, Utah. The contract type will be firm-fixed price with a magnitude between $ 25,000 and $ 100,000. The NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $36.5M. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. Closing date is November 2, 2016. A pre-proposal site visit meeting will be held at Dugway, Utah, and the exact date, time and location is noted in solicitation. This acquisition is for HUBZone business concerns only; no large business bids will be accepted for this procurement. The solicitation will be available by download only. Downloads are available only through the Federal Business Opportunities - FedBizOpps - website at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments will be available from the FedBizOpps website by download only. It is the responsibility of all potential offerors to monitor these sites for release of any future notices and/or release of the solicitation and amendments thereto. However, when you register you will receive notice of any amendments and/or addendums that may be issued to the solicitation. If you have not registered, it will be your responsibility to check the website for any changes to the solicitation. (5) Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with such contractors. Proposals prepared by Debarred, Suspended, or otherwise ineligible contractors are at the risk of expense of the contractor. (6) In accordance with DFARS 252.209-7999, award will not be made to any contractor that has a delinquent tax liability or a felony conviction within the preceding 24 months.
