- The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. The following QUESTIONS and ANSWERS for the Syracuse location are hereby incorporated: QUESTION 1 - Please reference Page 7 of 55, Section 6B Site Location, Item 6: How many expansion micro phones are requested? ANSWER 1 - Two. QUESTION 2 - Please reference Page 7 of 55, Section 6B Site Location, Item 7: LOOP start lines "and or" PRI: Is the system to be equipped with a PRI interface? ANSWER 2 - Yes, the purpose even if the current setup is only Loop Start access the capability of a PRI interface is requested. QUESTION 3 - Please reference Page 7 of 55, Section 7. C. Site Specific requirements: Is this end user training? ANSWER 3 - Yes QUESTION 4 - Please reference Page 7 of 55, Section 7. C. Site Specific requirements: What is meant by manufacturer certified courses for all operation and maintenance? ANSWER 4 - This is for basic trouble shooting, adding move changes, voice mail reset, and program and menu tree options. QUESTION 5 - Please reference Page 7 of 55, Section 7. C. Site Specific requirements: Are you asking to include the Certified Implementation one week course? If so, for how many? ANSWER 5 - Yes. The course should include at least two Marines. QUESTION 6 - Please reference Page 8 of 55, Section 7E: Full Three Year Warranty to be included with base bid? What is the difference between what is expected the first full year and years two and three? ANSWER 6 - 1st year all parts labor and installation, 2 and 3 will be only for the system itself. QUESTION 7 - Is Installation to be Monday through Friday during normal business hours? What is the maximum allowable amount of telephone downtime during normal business hours? ANSWER 7 - Depending on the issues the system shouldn't be down for more than 6 hours to do a proper cutover of the old system and the new. QUESTION 8 - Is there a receptionist position, or main answering position? ANSWER 8 - This issue be address after award. QUESTION 9 - Are there any more specifics on the Automated Attendant and voice mail system? ANSWER 9 - The customer on site will determine how the menu tree should be structured. QUESTION 10 - Is 4 ports sufficient? ANSWER10 - A. Please reference Performance Work Statement. QUESTION 11 - B. Automated Attendant - Will there be an open and closed greeting? Holiday? Emergency? ANSWER 11- This issue be address after award. QUESTION 12 - C. Voice mail to email functionality? ANSWER 12- No QUESTION 13 - Is there existing overhead paging? Is it zoned per building? ANSWER 13 - No it will not be added, but the government require a hunt group with speaker functionality to have all phones be paged in case of an attack or other disaster. 2. All others terms and conditions remain unchanged; there are no attachments associated with this amendment.
