Spokane Attachment 6 Spokane Attachment 5 Spokane Attachment 4 Spokane Attachment 3 Spokane Attachment 2 Spokane Attachment 1 Portland Attachment 11 Portland Attachment 10 Portland Attachment 9 Portland Attachment 8 Portland Attachment 7 Portland Attachment 6 Portland Attachment 5 Portland Attachment 4 Portland Attachment 3 Portland Attachment 2 Portland Attachment 1 Solicitation amendment no. 0001 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. PWS is revised to incorporate the following: A. PORTLAND : (1) The H&S Building (Refer to Attachment H&S): Contractor shall add (3) Lines and Jacks with devices; one device shall be a Conference phone. Approximate length for material and labor purposes is 300 feet for all three runs. Customer will dictate final placement of phones. (2) MT/UT Building: Contractor shall provide an additional line and jack for the back room of the HT/MT office per the MT/UT Building Map. Approximate run for labor and material purposes is 75 feet. (3) Contractor shall work with the Local LEC ( Century Link) to ensure all incoming lines from the LEC are operational and clear of static prior to installation of new system. (4) Contractor shall remove and dispose of all old systems with in the Telephone room. Contractor shall ensure old systems are not being used by the LEC and or Navy Prior to removing systems. Government estimates 8 hours of Labor to remove old systems and cabling and 66 blocks for this requirement. (5) Site photos and diagrams are hereby incorporated; see Portland Attachments (1) through (11). B. SPOKANE : (1) Contractor shall add three (3) lines and Jacks for new devices per the Map to include (2) Lines and devices in Rm 20. (2) Contractor shall add line and jack for a phone in the Admin office in Rm 27 per the Map (3) Contractor shall add Conference Line and jack in Rm 16. (4) Site photos and diagrams are hereby incorporated; see Spokane Attachments (1) through (6). 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
