Description

The VHA's Network Contracting Office 20, intends to award a sole source contract to Fidelis Sustainability Distribution LLC, 204 West Spear Street Suite 3319, Carson City, NV 89703; to provide Planmeca X-Ray software upgrade and intraoral X-Ray equipment. Currently, the Government recognizes a single manufacturer and one authorized SDVOSB distributor able to provide this system. The contract will be firm-fixed price. This acquisition will be fulfilled under simplified acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is the 24th September 2016. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposal nor a solicitation of offers. The NAICS for this acquisition is 339114; with a size standard of 750 employees. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government in the future.
