Description

The requirement is to Design and Develop a two-day classroom course on Protest Avoidance and Solicitation Writing Best practices in accordance with the statement of work. Solicitation N00421-16-T-0620 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with ASI GOVERNMENT INC., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. The requirement is to Design and Develop a two-day classroom course on Protest Avoidance and Solicitation Writing Best practices in accordance with the statement of work. ASI is the only known company that can furnish the requirement given the time constraint due to approaching end of fiscal year. ***Basis for Award*** This notice is intent to ASI GOVERNMENT INC. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
