- Attachment 2: USAFE EDIS DRAFT PWS v2 Attachment 1: Market Research Questionnaire EDIS II EDIS Market Research Letter NOTICE: This is not a solicitation, but rather a Sources Sought to determine potential sources for information and technical solutions to support Government planning activities. A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The 764th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Kapaun AS, Germany, is conducting a market research for Educational & Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS) to be performed throughout the United States Air Force Europe, namely Germany, Italy, United Kingdom. It is anticipated that the resulting personal services contract will be awarded for a base period of 12 months and four, 12 month option periods. The contractor personnel shall serve Department of Defense (DOD) eligible infants, toddlers, school-aged children who have developmental delays or disabilities per the DOD criteria, and their families who are assigned to duty in overseas locations supported by Department of Defense Dependent Schools. Personnel categories include pediatrically trained health care providers, including Clinical Child Psychologists, Early Childhood Special Educators, Early Intervention Specialists, Family Specialists, Pediatric Occupational Therapists, Pediatric Physical Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists. Your feedback is valued and may be used to finalize a more efficient acquisition of the required services. Please see the attached Letter, Draft Performance Work Statement, and questionnaire regarding the EDIS requirement.
