- Davis Bacon Wage Determination for work >40 hours SCA Wage Determination for work Questions from Industry MICC-Fort Riley intends to competitively award a single, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract with a 3 year ordering period for a project consisting of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for removal, relocation, replacement, installation, and recycling of traffic signs and sign posts throughout the installation. Contractor will also update the Public Works Traffic Sign Management System Database with new traffic sign and sign post information including the date of installation upon completion of removal, relocation, replacement, and installation of traffic signs and sign posts. See attached Solicitation Document, Exhibit A - Performance Work Statement, Exhibit B - Location Maps, Exhibit C - Traffic Sign Replacement Maps, and Exhibit D - Traffic Sign Replacement Data for additional details. Interested parties shall complete and return the solicitation document along with Attachment 1 - Bid Schedule and Attachment 2 - Past Performance Questionnaire no later than 5pm Central Time on 22 September 2016. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns under NAICS 339950 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to the solicitaiton and are incorporated by reference or by full text in the solicitation document. 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5. Offerors shall complete all applicable sections of Clause 52.212-3 and submit with your response. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
