Description: Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic-Provisional Fort Gordon Health Contracting Cell W91YTZ-16-T-0329 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial equipment prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTZ-16-T-0329. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument - Manufacturing. This is an unrestricted requirement. The Regional Health Contracting Office-(Atlantic)-(Provisional) -Fort Gordon Contracting Cell (RHCO-(A)(P) -FGCC) Fort Gordon, GA has a requirement for a BioFeedback System. Brand Name or Equal for support of Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. Note: See line item numbers beginning on page 6. The Government is exempt from state taxes.
