Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock, Little Creek detachment is seeking quotations for Diesel Generators 3 each. This is a FMS requirement and is to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Northern Lights per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is unrestricted and FOB Destination is required. The delivery schedule is three (3) months after date of contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by NSWCCD. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time please email your quotation and all questions to Dianne.grimes1@navy.mil. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted the week of September 26, 2016
