- Description
- Intent to Sole Source Stanley Black&Decker Vidmar Corner Workstations, Bookcase, Bulk Items/Hoses Adjustable Rack. This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive quotations. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to this synopsis by Wednesday, September 28th 2016, 1:00 pm PST to SK2 Yury Pytskou, 1 Coast Guard Island, BLDG 42, Alameda, CA 94501. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. USCG Base Alameda Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information. THE REQUIREMENTS: - 5 (five) ea Stanley Black&Decker Vidmar Corner Workstations with 5 Drawers, Drawer Accessories & Locking Device 37"H x 30"W x 27 3/4"D. - 2 (two) ea Stanley Black&Decker Vidmar Hardwood Top 84"L x 30"W x 1 3/4"H. - 1 (one) ea Stanley Black&Decker Vidmar Hardwood Top 90"L x 30"W x 1 3/4"H. - 1 (one) ea Stanley Black&Decker Vidmar Bookcase with Doors 45"W x 44"H x 14"D. - 1 (one) ea Stanley Black&Decker Vidmar Adjustable Rack for Bulk Items/Hoses 152"H x 48"W x 48"D with 1 (one) ea Top Shelf Adjustable Rack (48"W x 48"L) and 3 (three) ea Pallet Adjustable rack System (48"W x 48"L). - All items to conform with existing configuration and equipment. OTHER FINDINGS: - Shipping - FOB Destination. - Period of Performance - all items to be delivered to USCG Base Alameda, Alameda, CA by 28OCT2016, COB.
