Changes/Amendments to Statement of Work 1.Section 6.6 "contractor is not required to employ at least one Certified Security Project Manager" It is recommended, but a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification acceptable. 2.Line Item 9, camera - Dinion Capture 5000, The required quantity is now 3, for the following locations: a.Inbound and outbound from Benton Street at the Main entrance b.Inbound and outbound at Loma Linda street from Barton road c.Inbound from Prospect 3. Line item 14: the 3 identified areas for a view/workstation are: a.Emergency department (Department Viewing Access Only) b.Mental Health Department (Department Access Only) c.Police Department Full Hospital Viewing Access 4. Final approval of each camera performance, installation and view shall be provided by the VA Police designated representative. 5. Appendix A Cameras and Locations, All cameras Labeled as "NEW CAMERA" under the action column will not be included in this procurement. Only the 311 cameras requested in Line Items 1 to 9 will be required. 6. Contractor will not be required to have HIPAA Training. 7. The DOL Wage Determination for the specific locality applies to this solicitation and any contract awarded is available at www.wdol.gov. Please note the listing below is not all inclusive wage determination of each area of performance. It is the Contractor's responsible to obtain and evaluate each wage determination locality.
