- Solicitation SGE50016Q0069 American Consulate General Frankfurt Regional Procurement Support Office ATTN: RPSO / Wencke Jacobsen Giessener Strasse 30 60435 Frankfurt, Germany September 23, 2016 To All Potential Offerors, Subject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation No. SGE500-16-Q-0069, Delivery of two Firearm Training Systems for the US Embassy Dushanbe, Tajikistan Dear Offerors, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) in Frankfurt is seeking quotations for the above solicitation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price Commercial Items Purchase Order with no price adjustment for any escalation in costs or prices, of labor or materials. All literature and discussions pertaining to this project will be in the English language. Any translations desired by offerors must be made at their own expense. Please thoroughly examine all documents contained in the contract solicitation package, posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website. Submission of questions: Questions relating to this solicitation may be sent in to the email addresses in the below paragraph and must be received no later than 03:00PM (local time, Germany) on Monday, September 26, 2016. Submissions of Quotations: Quotations shall be submitted by email, to JacobsenW@State.gov with copy to FrankfurtRPSO@State.gov to arrive no later than 03:00PM (local time, Germany), on Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Quotations arriving after this time will be considered late, and will not be evaluated. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must submit all items identified in Section III, of the solicitation. Please be advised that you are responsible for furnishing complete information to your subcontractors and suppliers, such as details of specifications and quantities required. The U.S. Embassy Dushanbe shall not be contacted directly by offerors with regard to this solicitation. All questions shall be sent as advised above. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received. In addition, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to establish a competitive range of one or more offerors and to conduct further negotiations concerning price and other terms before awarding a contract, or to award the contract based upon initial proposals received without holding discussions. You are encouraged to make your proposal competitive. The RFQ does not commit the American Consulate General Frankfurt to make any award.
