Description

The Philadelphia Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for sponsorship as required by Commanding Officer, Navy Recruiting Command located in Millington, TN. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 813920. The size standard is $14.0M. The period of performance is October 01, 2016 through 30 September 2017. This requirement is sole source to the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE). In support of the Chief of Naval Operations Diversity Policy, it is important for Navy Recruiting Command and required personnel to participate in the Society of Professional Engineers (SHPE). The SHPE package will encompass the period of 1 October 2016 through 30 September 2017, to include recommended services to support the US Navy recruiting opportunities and outreach venues to reach the Hispanic student market.
