Description

Limited Sources Document The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Cable TV, Internet, and Static IP Service at various remote locations in Seattle, WA. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price Purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Comcast Cable Communications, LLC. Comcast Cable Communications, LLC pricing is most advantageous to the Government due to loyalty program pricing and incentives. In addition, cancelling the current accounts would nearly double service costs and increase installation charges with a new vendor. The vast geographic parameters for services covers Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. A Limited Sources Justification is on file. Responses shall be submitted electronically to Morgan.R.Hairston@usdoj.gov no later than 9/28/2016 at 12:00pm EST. The DEA has a requirement for the following services: Item 0001: 9 CABLE MODEM - TECH OPS; Item 0002: 11 CABLE MODEMS - NW HIDTA; Item 0003: VOICE, INTERNET & STATIC IP-ACCOUNT SSU; Item 0004: CABLE TV SERVICES AND INTERNET-BELLINGHAM; Item 0005: CABLE TV- EUGENE RO; Item 0006: CABLE TV AND INTERNET-PORTNAD; Item 0007: CABLE TV & INTERNET AND STATIC IP SALEM; Item 0008: CABLE TV - SPOKANE ; Item 0009: CABLE TV, VOICE, INTERNET & STATIC IP - TACOMA.
