Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office/NCO7 intends to solicit a Brand Name Only, Firm Fixed Price contract for purchase and installation of an Avery Weigh-Tronix Eyecon Tablet Counter and Interface Controller. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code is 334111 with a Size Standard of 1250 employees; the PSC is N066. All interested Small Business sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Offered equipment must be Brand Name Only matching part numbers established within the delivery schedule of the solicitation. No other substitutions will be considered. Offered Equipment must be Brand New. Prospective bidders must maintain an active registration in sam.gov to be considered for government contracts. This is a Firm Fixed Price acquisition that is a 100% Small Business set aside. The solicitation will also be posted to fbo.gov with an anticipated posting date on or before 9/26/2016.
