Attachment 3 Wage Determination 2015-507 Attachment 2 Elevator Wage Determination 86-1207 Attachment 1-Price Schedule Appendices A-E, Performance Work Statement Performance Work Statement Solicitation/Request For Proposal W912P9-16-R-0020 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer St. Louis District office is seeking a firm for the repair and maintenance of five (5) elevators [one (1) hydraulic and four (4) traction] located at Melvin Price Lock and Dam (MPLD), East Alton, IL, 62024. This solicitation is for for full & open competition under the NAICS Code 333921 with a limited size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with base period of performance from 18 November 16, or date of award, through 1 year, with four 1-year ordering periods. In addition, FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, is included, possibly extending the period of performance an additional six (6) months. Award will be made on the basis of a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. All responsible sources may submit a proposal by the due date specified in the solicitation. No hardcopies of this solicitation will be issued. The solicitation, its attachments and any amendments, shall be posted in its entirety at this website.
