Description
Statement of Work for RIARNG Alarm Monitoring Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912LD16T0055 and is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89-1, 08/15/2016. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5MIL.This requirement is a [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotations. The U.S. Property & Fiscal Officer for Rhode Island requires UL Certified Monitoring Services for fourteen (16) locations throughout the State of Rhode Island in support of the Rhode Island Army National Guard. The contractor is required to provide continuous (24/7; 365 days) monitoring for Government-Owned Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) that consist of multi-zone, multi-area configuration, notification of proper authorities and providing system information on a scheduled basis or if and when requested by the Contracting Officer or duly authorized Government Representative(s) for a Base period of 1 October 2016 through 30 September 2017, with one 1-year Option Periods. Priced CLIN 0001: QTY 1ea (1ea = 12 months) for Monthly Vault Monitoring Service/Testing.
