Description

Statement of Work NWIHCS currently has a Zeiss Humphrey Field Analyzer (HFA) 750 in Grand Island. The HFA 750 has patient data stored on it. The replacement Visual Field Analyzer must be compatible with the existing HFA and able to import the stored data from the existing HFA 750. Open market is requested with the requirement that the vendor supply written documentation that the Visual Field Analyzer is compatible with the HFA 750 for transferring the archived visual field tests already completed and stored from the existing HFA 750 to the new machine. In addition, the following salient characteristics are requested: 1. Eye position must be available for instant review at any stimulus point by the Optometrist. 2. Built in Glaucoma progression analysis software validated in large clinical trials. 3. Network capable for future integration with VA medical records (CPRS/VISTA): DICOM conformant. 4. Must have fields specific for driver licenses and tumors that impact optic nerve conditions. 5. Single display of complete visual field history. 6. Patient monitoring of fixation is automated. 7. MOST IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTIC: the Visual Field Analyzer is compatible with the HFA 750 for transferring the archived visual field tests already completed and stored from the existing HFA 750 to the new machine. 8. Automatically loads the correction from previous exam.
