Description
Amendment 0004 to Solicitation N66001-16-T-6148, effective 9/26/2016. Amendment 0004 is as follows: 1. Add Questions and Answers to the solicitation as followed: QUESTIONS: Can you please clarify the part numbers so that I can submit the complete quote request. According to the manufacturer "All 5617942 are a No Bid Item, we do not sell these. M28876-27-B2 is a No Bid Item, we do not sell these M85049/1813w06a (the 06 is to big) but we do have a functional equivalent series 390- 011. You can use 390-011 to build the part you need" ANSWERS: "All 5617942 are a No Bid Item, we do not sell these" --- perspective bidder does not sell this, so will not bid. "M28876-27-B2 is a No Bid Item, we do not sell these" --- perspective bidder does not sell this, so will not bid. "M85049/1813w06a (the 06 is to big) but we do have a functional equivalent series 390- 011. You can use 390-011 to build the part you need" ---- We cannot use an equivalent series, and the P/N must be M85049/1813w06a, this is based off of approved Installation Requirement Drawings and Technical Data Packages for the AN/UYQ-120. Any changes will require changes to the documents, which will cause the KO to change and modify the Interim Production Contract which cites these technical documents. 2. Amendment 0002 is as follows: 1. Re-open Solicitation N66001-16-T-6148. 2. Requesting Full and Open competitive proposals. 3. Solicitation close date will now read September 26, 2016 @ 3pm PST. 4. Amendment 0001 is as follows: 1. Add quantity 4 EA to line item 0007. 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ********************************************************************* This is a SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside (FAR 52.219-6). Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a Small Business will not be considered for award. Competitive quotes are being requested under N66001-16-T-6148. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses, NAICS code is 335999 and the size standard is 500 employees. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order and it will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. (b) The Contractor shall notify employees that the prohibitions and restrictions of any internal confidentiality agreements covered by this clause are no longer in effect.
