- Amendment 0004 to Solicitation N66001-16-T-6148, effective 9/26/2016. Amendment 0004 is as follows: 1. Add Questions and Answers to the solicitation as followed: QUESTIONS: Can you please clarify the part numbers so that I can submit the complete quote request. According to the manufacturer "All 5617942 are a No Bid Item, we do not sell these. M28876-27-B2 is a No Bid Item, we do not sell these M85049/1813w06a (the 06 is to big) but we do have a functional equivalent series 390- 011. You can use 390-011 to build the part you need" ANSWERS: "All 5617942 are a No Bid Item, we do not sell these" --- perspective bidder does not sell this, so will not bid. "M28876-27-B2 is a No Bid Item, we do not sell these" --- perspective bidder does not sell this, so will not bid. "M85049/1813w06a (the 06 is to big) but we do have a functional equivalent series 390- 011. You can use 390-011 to build the part you need" ---- We cannot use an equivalent series, and the P/N must be M85049/1813w06a, this is based off of approved Installation Requirement Drawings and Technical Data Packages for the AN/UYQ-120. Any changes will require changes to the documents, which will cause the KO to change and modify the Interim Production Contract which cites these technical documents. 2.
