Description

This is a Source Sought Notice only. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quotes, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set aside for small businesses. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) is specifically seeking Small Businesses (SB) with experience, personnel and capabilities to perform Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) and a CO2 laser operator, a non-invasive way of removing kidney stones. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price with a 1 year base period and four (1) one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 621999 with a size standard of $15M. The Government anticipants a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and the anticipated solicitation date is To Be Announced (TBA). IMPORTANT NOTICE: Interested sources should email Contract Specialist, Kelleen Minor at Kelleen.minor@va.gov no later than 07 Oct 2016 (4:30 p.m. MST). Responses must include the following information: (1) Name, Address, Phone, Fax, e-mail and DUNS number and CAGE Code of the firm as well as a statement of capabilities.
