PLEASE SEE IFB FOR SITE VISIT INFORMATION *** Stockbridge Site Access Road Upgrades The work covered under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, devices, and materials and performing all work required to perform upgrades of existing site access roads at the Stockbridge Research Site, Oneida, NY. This acquisition includes but is not limited to these principal features: 1. Upgrade of approximately 15,372 linear feet of base bid roads 2. Upgrade of approximately 7,741 linear feet of alternate bid roads Work will be performed in accordance with the Project Manual and Drawings, dated 26 May 2015. (ATTACHMENT 1 and ATTACHMENT 2). This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.5. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with an associated small business size standard of $36,500,000 average annual revenue. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bidders must have the capability to provide payment and performance bonding in the amount of its bid. Questions and comments are welcome and must be sent to the Contract Specialist Leslie Christoferson at Leslie.Christoferson@us.af.mil. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be posted online at the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov under the reference number FA8751-16-B-0003 on or about 26 Aug 2016. Bids will be due approximately 30 days later. A site visit will be conducted within 10 days after issuance of the IFB. The date will be finalized when the IFB is posted. The IFB documents will only be available electronically. Potential bidders will be responsible for downloading the IFB documents and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and any additional information. Award will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB). Competing bidder's bids shall be ranked according to price. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible bidder, whose bid is responsive to the terms of the IFB. Bids will be accepted on an all or none basis only. Partial bids will not be accepted. Successful bidders will be selected based upon the lowest total evaluated price (TEP) Interested vendors may register their contact information at the Federal Business Opportunities website under this notice. The list will be available online and is to facilitate subcontracting and teaming opportunities. NOTE: In order to receive a contract award, if issued, the successful bidder must be actively registered in and have their Online Representations and Certifications completed in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) - www.SAM.gov.
