- Description
- Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson Arizona, is being awarded a $1,814,434 modification (P00006) to the previously awarded Multi-Object Kill Vehicle Concept Definition (HQ0147-15-C-0016) contract. The value of this contract has increased from $9,775,608 to $11,590,042. Under this modification, the contractor will work with the Missile Defense Agency's engineering directorate to assess the impact of an advanced threat on their concept developed during the basic contract. The work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, with an estimated completion date of December 2017. This original contract was competitively procured via publication on the Federal Business Opportunities website through an Advanced Technology Innovation Broad Agency Announcement with three proposals received. Fiscal 2016 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation funds in the amount of $300,000 are being obligated on this award. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (HQ0147-15-C-0016).
