Description

The Network Contracting Office (NCO7) intends to issue a Request for Proposal; VA247-16-R-1255 for Saniwave Rx Ligature Resistant Heavy Duty Sinks. The offeror shall provide the requested Brand Name Only equipment to the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center located in Augusta Georgia. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code is 332913 with a Size Standard of 1,000 employees; the PSC is 4510. This requirement will be issued as 100% Small Business Set- Aside Firm Fixed Priced acquisition. All interested sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov to obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future amendments issued. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Offered equipment must be Brand Name only and shall match the salient characteristics identified in the solicitation. No other substitutions will be considered. Offered Equipment must be Brand New.
