Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE B. Braun Double Stage Reverse Osmosis - The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Research Department in Ann Arbor, Michigan intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to the B. Bruan for a double stage reverse osmosis water treatment system upon the basis of the authority provided in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS 333318 in the aggregate value of $218,668.15. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 10:00 AM EST, 29 October 2016, by e-mail to Diana.Burton@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
