Description

Full service contract for the period October 3, 2016 thru October 2, 2017. 1). Echospeed MRI, EE # 28652; site number 570824VAMR 1.5T HDx Echospeed MRI (16 Channel) 2). GE MR MR Magnet Maintenance and Cryogen 3. GE MR GE Chiller - Airsys, Ellis (Mairsy) 4. Medrad MV PR Medrad Spectris Solaris (SME049) 5. Medrad MV PR Medrad Continuum (1) Pump (SME056) 6. Medrad MV PR Medrad Provis Injector 7. Medrad MV PR Medrad Veris Base plus Labor and travel for onsite coverage from 8am to 9pm Monday through Friday. Field engineer onsite response time - 2 hours. Corrective maintenance service vendor to provide unscheduled repair service for equipment under this agreement from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Additional service hours Monday thru Friday extended from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Corrective service provided outside coverage hours weekends and holidays will be billed at standard contract overtime rates.
