Description

This is an amendment to a previous combined/synopsis solicitation for VA786-16-Q-0638. The following has been changed below in regards to the salient/performance characteristics. The schedule price shall be all-inclusive, including all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to complete the Contract Line Item (CLIN(s)) CLINITEMSALIENT / PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICSQTYUNIT 0001Compactor (Brand Name or Equal to Allied 700B)1. Compactor must attach to a Kubota U45 Mini-Excavator 2. QA-Quick Attach option of attachment for speed and safety 3. Must not require costly modification to Komatsu U45's to function properly 4. Should compact within 2 foot lifts as per NCA SOP 5. Should be narrow enough to be used along trenches, approximately 18"-24" 6. Must be heavy industrial grade to withstand daily use on approximately 1500 casket burial sites per year 7. Should not require excessive maintenance or servicing outside of what can be accomplished by cemetery staff with standard tooling 8. Must be light enough to be transported with a common utility trailer, preferably under 1500lbs 9.
