Description

RFQHB160145-A01 Dust Collection Systems, CNC, and Edge Bander The contractor shall deliver one (1) new CNC router, one (1) new automatic edge banding machine, and two (2) dust collection systems to serve the new and existing woodworking equipment. 1.4 Scope. Provide a CNC router, automatic edge bander, and two dust collection systems. 1.4.1. CNC Router - Basis of design is Anderson CNC Router Model: Stratos Nest TC+D Moving gantry (stationary table) 18 HP 4-pole air-cooled router spindles 10-position automatic tool changing system 2 HP multiple spindle boring unit with 9 independently selectable spindles for vertical boring Table size - 126" x 63" (5'x10') Floor area - 236" x 140" Height 110" Control: FANUC OiMD Controller system (FANUC Oi-Model D) 1.4.2 Edge Bander. Automatic edge bander basis of design is Giben KG325: Speed 12-16-20 m/min Support bar at 700 mm extractable Max panel height: 60 mm Max edge thickness: 0.1-3 mm Min length: 120 mm Min width: 80 mm The equipment must automatically load edgebanding material in rolls and apply glue onto panel Dual digital electronic control of the temperature in the tank and on the roller of the glue Two position cutting head - straight and angle Top and bottom fine trimming Buffing unit 1.4.3 Dust Collection System No. 1. Provide a new 5,000cfm system. 1.4.4. Dust Collection System No. 2. Provide a new 5,000cfm system.
