Interested parties must be an expert in advanced concepts in multi-mode parametric coupled mode theory as well as microwave electronics and design. Any interested party would work with the Advanced Microwave Photonics Group to advance the theory of multi-mode superconducting microwave circuits, assist in design of new superconducting circuits for fabrication and testing at NIST (including electromagnetic numerical simulation) and write-up experimental and theoretical results for publication. In addition, travel to NIST Boulder would be required. The NAICS Code is 541990 with a Size Standard of $15M. NIST anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Raytheon BBN Technologies, Corp. for this requirement.
