This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE of a proposed Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement to award a one (1) Invicro Imaging Services and Software LLC., VivoQuant Viewing and Analysis Software package to include one (1) perpetual license, One (1) 3D Brain Atlas Tool, One (1) WB Atlas Tool, and one workstation, in accordance with the specifications, and includes, installation, supplies, remote site training and accessories on a "Brand Name or Equal" basis. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and no offers will be accepted. Shipping FOB Destination and installation shall be included in the overall price. The Veteran's Health Administration Service Area Office - East estimates a posting date of solicitation VA240-16-Q-0140 on Sept 27, 2016 and distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) and should not be construed to as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract.
