This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE of a proposed Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement to award one (1) Mouse Specifics., Inc DigiGate Treadmill Imaging System, or an equal item in accordance with the specifications, and includes, installation, supplies, remote site training and accessories on a "Brand Name or Equal" basis. This is a one-time fixed-priced purchase for a system that is completely turn-key with acquisition and analysis software integrated into the device. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and no offers will be accepted. Shipping FOB Destination and installation shall be included in the overall price. The Veteran's Health Administration Service Area Office - East estimates a posting date of solicitation VA240-16-Q-0139 on Sept 27, 2016 and distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) and should not be construed to as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Any costs incurred by interested parties will NOT be reimbursed.
