Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE of a proposed Unrestricted requirement to award one (1) Thermo Fisher Dionex AS-AP Autosampler, one (1) Ion Chromatography Thermo Fisher Dionex Aquion, and One (1) Thermo Fisher Dionex ICS-VWD wavelength detector; or an equal item in accordance with the specifications, and includes, installation, supplies, and accessories on a "Brand Name or Equal" basis. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and no offers will be accepted. Shipping FOB Destination and installation shall be included in the overall price. The Veteran's Health Administration Service Area Office - East estimates a posting date of solicitation VA240-16-Q-0137 on Sept 27, 2016 and distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov).
