Description

Quality Requirements Additional information This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as Request for Quotations (RFQ)] to purchase: Quantity of 1EA, PN: 015U0420-2 (TOP KIT) bulkhead panel replacement Kits to be installed in AFRC's SOFIA Boeing 747, IAW SB747-53-2329. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to NASA AFRC, Palmdale, CA is required within 19 month ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing (e-mail is preferred) no later than September/29/2016. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential quoter's will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and amendments (if any). NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
