- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), 1919 N Lynn Street, Arlington, VA 22209 for training services. The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is looking to procure finance leadership training services from CEB Government Finance Leadership Council. In an attempt to build a stronger workforce, organizational leadership and employee development has to be considered. This professional development will enable the organization to strengthen as well as effectively carry out the HUD goals "Transforming the way HUD does business" and support the department's transition to shared services. OCFO is looking for a provider of enterprise-based finance research, advisory and training development services focused on enterprise business management and improving overall organizational performance. OCFO's goal is to equip its leaders and employees to be able to help their organization to make the best possible decisions - empowering senior leaders and their teams by giving them the tools and resources to act more efficiently and effectively. The services to be provided include training for the class listed below: •Finance leadership training services from CEB Government Finance Leadership Academy. Place of Performance: HUD, 451 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20410 The contract award is anticipated to be Fixed Price. The anticipated period of performance is from September 30, 2016 - September 29, 2017 The Product Service Code (PSC) is U009 Education/Training General The NAICS Code is: 611430 Professional & Management Training Services are being procured under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). THIS IS A NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. The determination not to open this requirement to competition is at the sole discretion of the Government. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.
