- Request for Quotation (RFQ) This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is W912DR-16-T-0099 and is being issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a size standard of $36.5M. The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District has a requirement for a Roof Replacement at Fort McHenry Yard, on Leahy Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21230. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A copy of solicitation may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site https://fbo.gov on September 28, 2016. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation with unit prices required for specifically selected work, extended price, total price, prompt payment terms, remittance address, tax identification number, DUNS number, and Cage Code on company letterhead in accordance with the attached specifications. Response to this solicitation must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by Thursday, September 29, 2016 no later than 5:30 PM (CST) at Contracting Division, Baltimore District, Corps of Engineers Room 7000, City Crescent Building, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. Quotes should be marked with solicitation number W912DR-16-T-0099 addressed to Sierra Marshall, Phone 410-962-6037, Fax 410-962-2001, email: sierra.s.marshall@usace.army.mil. Vendors not registered in System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to award will not be eligible for award. Vendors must also be registered in SAM under the applicable NAICS code 236220 as indicated in this RFQ to be considered for award.
