The solicitation satisfying the requirements of FAR 5.207(c) is listed below. Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement shall be competed as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 721110, with a size standard of $32.5 million, as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) tailored IAW FAR 13.106-2. All qualified small businesses under this NAICS code are encouraged to submit a proposal. The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA), 773 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) has a requirement for a hotel/meeting facility to host the 2016 Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) Senior Leadership Workshop within twenty-five (25) miles of Dulles International Airport (DIA) Virginia, per the attached Statement of Work dated 24 August 2016. The conference shall be held 14 - 18 November 2016. The contractor must be capable of offering facilities, within a twenty-five (25) miles radius of Dulles International Airport, with space available for approximately 480 attendees considering guest rooms (410 attendees; the remaining 70 will be day-trippers) and all other business associated conference facilities (See attached SOW for details). The resultant contract is not intended to cover the price of hotel rooms occupied for the conference attendees or buffet meals costs; each attendee will be billed by the hotel for his or her room and for the buffet meal costs, via Government Travel Card as applicable. Proposals must conform to the requirements of this solicitation and be received no later than 15 October 2016 at 10:00 AM San Antonio, Texas time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure that the proposal and its attachments are received. Any proposals received after designated closing date and time need not be considered. Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
