- Appendix F - Non-Disclosure Agreement Appendix E - Offerors Cover Page Appendix D - Mandatory Clauses Appendix C - Insurance Requirements Appendix B - Encumbrances and Third Party Property Interests Composite Appendix A-2 - List of Existing Improvements and Other Infrastructure on the Property Composite Appendix A-1 - Map of Property RFQ - Vandenberg AFB EUL Cover Page - FBO Vandenberg AFB The Government is soliciting proposals from public or private entities interested in leasing non-excess Air Force real property on Vandenberg AFB, CA in accordance with attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and associated Appendixes. This solicitation supports the Government's intent to optimize the value of this non-excess property in accordance with Executive Order 13327, Federal Real Property Asset Management and Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) authorities and processes. A EUL is a non-Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) real estate transaction executed in accordance with 10 USC 2667. This is not a FAR solicitation or contract for products and/or services. Interested sources should prepare and submit their responses, proposals and supporting information in accordance with the attached RFQ. Responses are due no later than 5:00 PM Central Time on 31 October 2016.
