Description

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) will host the Team Redstone Center of Excellence - Advanced Planning Briefings for Industry (CE-APBI), on December 6-7, 2016 from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Central Standard Time (CST), at the Bob Jones Auditorium, Sparkman Complex, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. A No-Host Meet and Greet Social will be held at The Overlook, 130 Golf Course Road, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama on 6 December 2016 from 1700-1900 This year’s theme is “Partnering for Optimized Readiness”. You can register by clicking the following link https://conference.redstone.army.mil/. The CE-APBI provides a forum for information exchange and discussion with stakeholders and interested parties, including industry, academia, other Service laboratories and other government agencies. Our event will focus on Team Redstone’s core technical capabilities, acquisition needs, science and technology (S&T) programs, and future opportunities. Our event delivers presentations by Team Redstone leaders and subject matter experts and includes time for question - and - answer sessions. An array of Team Redstone member organizations will provide Exhibits during the event. N etworking is expected and encouraged. Team Redstone includes the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Army Materiel Command (AMC), the U.S. Army Aviation, Missile, Research, Development, and Engineering Center, the Program Executive Office – Aviation, the Program Executive Office – Missiles and Space, the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) and others. Location : Located in the Tennessee Valley region of North Alabama, the Team Redstone Center of Excellence - Advanced Planning Briefings for Industry will be hosted by the Aviation and Missile Command, on behalf of the Army Materiel Command, at the Bob Jones Auditorium, Sparkman Complex, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Registration and Access to Redstone Arsenal : This is a no-fee event. Companies are required to pre-register. Registration will close at 4:00PM CST on Thursday, December 1, 2016. Pre-Registration is required. Early check-in, late registration, and last - minute substitutions will be available daily at 7:00 a.m. All expenses associated with attendance will be the responsibility of the participant(s). You can register by clicking the following link https://conference.redstone.army.mil/. Please note that you are not confirmed for this event until you receive an email confirmation. Registration requests will NOT be taken by telephone. Registration for the Team Redstone APBI No Host Social may also be accomplished on the website portal. Attendees must present a current photo ID (driver's license, military ID, or passport) matching the attendee information submitted via the Registration Form to gain entry. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to permit sufficient time for check-in. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. AMCOM, AMC, and Team Redstone will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
