- TITLE: 1650-01-397-1756; Parts Kit, Servo Cyl; WSIC: L IQC: 63133080; Issue Date: 10/17/16 ; Closing Date: 11/16/16 This solicitation will result in an Definite Quantity Contract 144 each. This procurement will be solicited with a 100% small business set aside. DLA Aviation currently has an approved technical data package for this item. The NSN is a non-commercial item. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. This is a critical application item. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be October 17, 2016 with a closing date of November 16, 2016. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin Delivery:144 days after receipt of order (DARO) DLA Direct (STOCK) Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. For registration procedures and information, visit the World Wide Web at http://www.sam.gov This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.Procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. All questions can be directed to the Reverse Auction Program Manager at dlaavnrevauc@dla.mil.
