- Attachment A - Item Description SF 1449 Solicitation Cold Working Tooling 9/30/2016 The government intends to procure Cold Working Tooling which includes 72 line items (see Attachment A for Item Descriptions). The successful offeror must submit the completed SF1449 no later than 1:00pm CDST on 6 Oct 2016. Submit all representations and certifications not available online (SAM) and all documentation and information as detailed in the solicitation provision 52.212-2 on page 50. Failure to provide required materials (evaluation documentation and representation and certification data) will be grounds for determining an offer technically unacceptable. Please submit any questions to Jennifer Leidall via email by 4 Oct 2016 at 10:00am CDST to ensure adequate time to address questions or concerns.
