- The Library of Congress/FEDLINK office intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure reformatting services for the U.S. Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory on or about October 5, 2016. The agency needs journals to be converted from original print format to 35mm polyester silver halide microfilm. Content: Commercially published journals Binding: Library binding. All volumes may be dis-bound to facilitate imaging. Size: Page size within each volume is consistent. Maximum page size is 9 x 12 inches. Quantity: 250 to 1,720 volumes, averaging 350 pages per volume Condition: Binding: good; paper: good Document Preparation: Volumes will be shipped ready to process. No page repairs will be required. Ref: LCFDL16RFP010-AAGV FEDLINK is a nationwide interagency consortium sponsored by the Library of Congress. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the Library of Congress Fiscal Operations Improvement Act, P.L. 106-481, Section 103 (2 U.S.C. § 182c.).
