Description

JEFO FY16-0404 Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) currently provides SETA support to the APEX AEER program. The program schedule at the time of award assumed the program would be ramping down in Option Year 2. However, that strategy now must be modified to accomodate changes in priorities and additional work must be added to the existing task order to continue the level and quality of support provided by BAH. Task Order HSHQDC-14-J-00311 P00011 was awarded to BAH against existing IDIQ contract HSHQDC-13-D-00036. This award was made pursant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(B) using the exception under FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). The Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) number is FY16-0404. A copy of the JEFO is attached.
