Description
RFP H0316-R-0004 Continuous Monitoring Services •B.1 Headquarters, United States Marine Corps, Business and Support Services Division (MR), in support of the Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is soliciting proposals for a Contractor to provide Continuous Monitoring Services and Co-Management of our Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) LogRhythm infrastructure. MR activities accept commercial payment cards at the majority of revenue generating activities such as Exchanges, 7 Day Stores, Gas Stations, Clubs, and other MWR activities. Credit card sales are processed using a variety of processor systems, such as NCR Advanced Store, Hospitality Systems Incorporated (HSI), Hotel Information Systems (HIS), Vermont Systems RecTrac, AJB Retail Transaction Switch or though individual Tranz 330s with printers. The majority of transactions are through electronic processing. Annually, the average number of transactions is over fifteen million, and the total transaction amount is about $800,000,000.00. Due to MRs payment card environment and affiliation with the Marine Corps MR is subject not only to the PCI Data Security Standard, but also DoD and FISMA requirements. These requirements state the IT environment should be monitored at all times for potential security risks. Currently, MR lacks the required resources to effectively monitor the environment and is looking for a third-party vendor to assist in our continuous monitoring efforts.
