- Source Sought for Task, Content, and Records Management capabilities THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The DISA RAO is seeking information from potential sources to describe their technical capabilities and demonstrated experience with support for the DISA task, content, and records management requirements. Interested parties shall describe their capabilities and experience with task and suspense management, content and document management, and records management in accordance with (IAW) Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 5015.02 Records Management Program. The task, records, and content management capability will provide a fully-integrated solution that complies with all applicable Federal, DoD, and Agency policy and directives. The capability will address all three functional domains (task management, content management, records management), with a tailored focus on information sharing and collaboration, business process re-engineering, and overall improvement of the Agency's business systems information technology (IT) investments. This capability will be constrained to initially deliver a task, content, and records management capability for the DISA customer for both UNCLASSIFIED and CLASSIFIED domains; however, the project will propose alternatives and iterations that could potentially support Department-wide use.
